Khalil Nobles is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department. Khalil regularly counsels clients on intellectual property issues arising in complex transactions, like private equity, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings, asset purchases and standards-related licensing programs. His clients include venture and private equity sponsors and corporations active in the software, technology, biotechnology, fintech, insurance, and telecommunications sectors.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your 21-year old self? Trust the journey, and appreciate that every experience contains a lesson that you can learn from. Remember it is a marathon, not a race.

Creating two beautiful children with my wife.

Following financial literacy accounts on Instagram.
What is your favorite quote and what makes it so meaningful to you?
“Get used to that feeling of not quite being comfortable. Its the price of ambition.” It means a lot to me because once I understand what it meant, I changed my career trajectory.
If you could meet any celebrity or living political figure, who would it be and what would you say to them?
Cornel West, I’d ask him for some inspiration.
If you weren’t in your current job, what would be your dream job?
Creating content while travelling the world.

David Ruffin – Statue of a Fool. I’m convinced that I should’ve been born in the 50s. I love the Motown era of music.

Ballers, Dwayne Johnson is a great actor and the show is very realistic.
