Gary is the Senior Legal Counsel at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked at Ropes & Gray where his practice focused on representing private equity firms and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other direct investments. Outside of his work at the firm, he is an active supporter of many Boston-area civic and charitable organizations that provide opportunities for underprivileged children, such as City Year Boston and the United Way.
