My practice focuses on counseling and defending clients on a variety of federal, state and local law employment issues, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, reductions in force, and ERISA matters. I represent employers in single-plaintiff, multiplaintiff, and complex collective and class action litigation before US federal and state courts. I am a graduate of UVA undergrad and UVA Law. I am originally from Virginia and prior to law school, worked as a paralegal for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division.
